WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

GV Art + Design does not sell or share the information you provide to us online with any outside company or third party.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
GV Art + Design currently accepts PayPal, and credit cards. If you decide to pay with a personal check please keep in mind that we will not be able to ship your order until the check is cleared - about 7 to 10 business days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most items will ship out within 48 hours from the time you placed your order. However order volume does vary, so please allow for 7-10 days.  We will do our best to contact you know shortly after your order if there is going to be a delay in shipping due to temporary out of stock items. If you have any questions about an order please email us at gvartwork@gmail.com as we respond to those before any others. Please allow 10 to 14 days if it is a Special Feature Item due to the volume of orders.  
RETURN POLICY?
If you would like to return an item and it is not worn and contains the tags, please follow these instructions. 
  1. Ship to: GV Art and Design 17411 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, Ohio 44107.
  2. Include a small note with your email address, order number (or note if it was a gift) and if you are returning or exchanging. 
  3. If you are exchanging please note what shirt and size you would like to replace it with if you are exchanging and include $3 for to cover returning shipping. If the item was damaged or an incorrect order, we will take care of the shipping costs. 
  4. Then please email us at gvartwork@gmail.com so we know to expect it. 
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?

We will always make sure to indicate on the site if an item is available and in stock. In the unlikely case that you order a product that is not in stock we will notify you by email and you can decide whether to keep your order and wait for the item or cancel it. If there is an item not in stock and you're interested please let us know and we will do our best to get that item for you. 

HOW CAN I GET HELP?

If your questions are not answered in this section and you still need help or just want feedback about certain products, you can email us at gvartwork@gmail.com. Due to the amount of traffic we cannot guarantee to get to the Facebook and Twitter questions. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

In the rare instance your order should arrive damaged, you need to report the damage to GV Art + Design within 7 days of receipt of items. Please keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item since UPS needs to pick up the box for inspection. GV Art + Design can only send out a replacement after the claim has been filed with UPS.

DO YOU TAKE ON CUSTOM WORK?

Yes, as a design collective our services include advertising, graphic design, illustrations, photography and brand development. We can help you with your corporate identity, your big events and your company gift ideas. We would be happy to talk with you in detail or you can email us your project ideas at contact@gvartwork.com.
